The "Winter Special Course" of 12,100 yen (tax included), which offers dishes using the finest luxury ingredients, is a six-course menu featuring a lavish selection of lobsters, beef fillet, fresh sea urchins, and other delicacies. The seafood platter, including the "Chef's First Dish," features a generous portion of gorgeous seafood, including "raw cloudberry flan, raw oysters, abalone, angel prawns, white clams, and marinated seafood. For the main dish, "Surf & Turf with Beef Fillet and Lobster" and "Maison Kaiser's Special Bread" are served in a luxurious course menu.
