今回は、沼津の産地にこだわり、素材の旨みをしっかりと引き出した、“五感”で味わう極上の魚介料理をご用意しました。12種類の素材を少しづつ感じて欲しいという、当店のシェフ、川野の思いがこもった特別なコースです。まずはスパークリングワインで乾杯をして気分を盛り上げて、沼津産の赤座海老や金目鯛、太刀魚など、いろんな種類の魚介を楽しんでいただきます。途中、伊勢海老も登場しますよ。豪華絢爛なお食事内容に大満足していただけること間違いなしです。
