Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Fish Bank TOKYO Shiodome.

楽しいお酒の席には必ず前菜とメインディッシュがあります。当店では前菜はサラダ、メインディッシュは海鮮かお肉となります。

メインディッシュとしては、当店の海鮮料理とビーフステーキはどちらも同じくらい人気があります。

今回は各種ステーキとメインの肉料理合うおすすめサラダメニューをご紹介していきます。
 

お肉の柔らかさに驚いてください　各種ビーフステーキ

お肉のボリュームは120gと180gの2つをご用意しております。180gであればシェアして召し上がってもちょうどよいかもしれません。お肉は国産牛を基本として、国産牛のサーロイン、黒毛和牛のフィレ、松阪牛のサーロインと3種類のお肉をご用意しております。

特別な日のお食事なら贅沢に松阪牛のサーロインもいいですし、脂が少なくお肉の旨味を存分に堪能したいときには黒毛和牛フィレがおすすめです。
 

お肉の前にサラダをどうぞ

「マグロの生ハムとマンチェゴチーズのグリーンサラダ」です。サラダの中にあるアボカドの濃厚な食感がアクセントとなっており、食べ応えのある一皿です。

こちらのサラダ意外にも、ロブスターやタラバ蟹を使ったシーザーサラダもご用意しております。当店自慢の新鮮な魚介も味わえるサラダです。

Our specialty, "raw sea urchin flan" is a must-try dish that concentrates all the deliciousness of sea urchin.
