当店の自慢の一品です。北海道産の獲れたてのウニは、味の濃厚さがちがいます。口に入れるとぶわっと広がる海の風味と、シュッととろけて消えてしまうような食感は最高の鮮度だからこそできる体験です。
 

ぷるんと味わい広がる　旬の国産生牡蠣750円（税込）

牡蠣は「海のミルク」と呼ばれるほど、その濃厚な味わいに人気があります。新鮮な生牡蠣は、しっかりと磯の香りがあり、食感はぷるぷるです。しっかりと育った大ぶりの牡蠣を、ひと口で召し上がってみてください。旨みが口の中に溢れます。
 

海の幸を一皿に　シーフードプラッター8,000円（税込）

さまざまな海の幸をたっぷりと敷き詰めた盛り合わせです。ウニフラン2個、フレッシュオイスター4個、シュリンプ4尾、タラバカニ脚×２、白ハマグリ4個、ムール貝4個という大ボリュームで、一気にテーブルが華やかになりますよ。パーティの際にはぜひご注文ください。3名様用のご用意も可能です。
