特有の甘みがある　マグロの生ハムとマンチェゴチーズのグリーンサラダ

マンチェゴチーズはスペイン生まれのチーズで、牛乳ではなく羊のミルクから作るチーズです。羊乳由来の優しい甘みがあるチーズを使ったサラダは、シャキシャキっとした少し辛みのある野菜の味を整えてくれます。こちらのグリーンサラダは1,600円（税込）でのご提供です。

 
まるでメインディッシュのよう　ロブスター シーザーサラダ

サラダの定番シーザーサラダに当店自慢のロブスターを大胆にトッピングした一品です。ぷりぷりとしたロブスターの豊かな旨みが特製のシーザードレッシングで引き立てられています。こちらは2,200円（税込）でのご提供です。同様にタラバ蟹をトッピングしたものもあり、2,800円（税込）でご提供しています。

どのサラダもワインのおつまみとしてもぴったりな一品、お好みのワインと合わせてご注文ください。
