最高の豪華食材をつかったお料理が楽しめる「冬の特別コース」12,100円（税込）では、伊勢海老や牛フィレ、生ウニなどを贅沢に盛り込んだ全6品のコース内容となっております。「シェフからのはじめの一皿」をはじめ、シーフードプラッターでは、「生雲丹のフラン・生牡蠣・アワビ・天使海老・白蛤・魚介のマリネ」と豪華な海の幸をたっぷりと使い仕上げました。メインディッシュには、「牛フィレと伊勢海老のサーフ&ターフ」に「メゾンカイザー」のスペシャルブレッドと、贅沢なひとときが味わえるコースメニューとなっております。

Our specialty, "raw sea urchin flan" is a must-try dish that concentrates all the deliciousness of sea urchin.
