コースメニューが多彩

Fish Bankの名前にふさわしく、当店では新鮮な魚介類をふんだんに使ったお料理を提供しています。メニューの一部を紹介すると、「オマール海老のコンソメジュレと帆立とトリュフのタルタル」や、「鮮魚のポワレブイヤベース風ソース」など、素材の旨味をしっかりと活かしたお料理が並びます。ディナーコースは10,800円から18,000円の間でオーダーできるので、予算に応じて注文できるのも嬉しいポイントですね。

純粋にお料理だけを楽しみたいのであれば、ランチで利用するのもおすすめです！2,900円のスペシャルランチは鮮魚のポワレ、国産豚肩ロースのグリル、季節野菜のカルパッチョなどをメニューに含んでいるリーズナブルなコースで、定番のコース。一番人気のランチコースは「選べるメインディッシュのフィッシュバンクランチ」。こちらはメインディッシュを自分で選ぶことができるほか、スペシャリテとして雲丹のフランとオマール海老のカプチーノがあり、「Fish Bank TOKYO」の真髄を味わうことができます。
